How do I get a quote?
Simply click 'Get a Quote' on the menu, or click the big blue button on the home page.
What happens when I submit a quote request?
A copy of the information you send us will be saved in our database, you will also receive an email with a link which you can click to view the quote and any updates. We will then contact you (usually by phone) within 48 hours and go from there.
What sort of properties do BQF buy?
All types of residential properties, mainly houses
Will BQF buy a property in any condition?
Yes, Many of the properties we buy are need of improvement
Does BQF buy properties with tenants?
Yes, we also buy properties with tenants and we will take over the tenancy agreement.
Do I need HIPS? (Home information packs)
HIPS will cost in the region of £400 to £800. You WILL NOT require a HIPS or Home Information Pack. Your sale to us is a private sale, so selling to us means we do not require, nor do you need to provide HIPS.
Saving you money.
What fees do you charge?
We do not charge any fees. You will not pay any Agents Fees and Valuation Fees. We pay for searches and other research on your property, we will make you a formal offer to purchase below the market value, which is typically 70% of its market value.
Do I have to pay for legal fees?
We have a range of solicitors who we use and we will pay the Legal Fees. This means you do not have to pay anything as we purchase your property saving you even more money and you receive every penny of the offer price.
What if I have court a repossession order?
If you have a repossession court order but don't want to lose your house. We can help. We can talk to the lenders and the courts and in many cases we can get an extension. This would give you more time to sell your house in time and pay off any debts you may owe. We also offer sell and rent back.
Is their any hidden cost?
There are no further or hidden catches, costs or obligations.
